Strider (1989) Cheats For Sega Master System

  1. Level select codes

    The following MUST be pressed on the title screen in order to go to your desired level.

    Effect Effect
    Press 1 Start the game at level 2
    Press UP+1+2 Start the game at level 3
    Press DOWN-RIGHT+1+2 Start the game at level 4
    Left+1 Start the game at level 5

  1. Level skip

    During play

    Effect Effect
    Press [F9] to pause game play, then hold [Help] + [Left Shift] + 1. Press [F10] to resume game play. Then, press 1 to 5 to advance to the level LEvel skip

  2. Section skip

    Pause game with F9, then hold help + left shift + 1. Release all three, and unpause with F10.

Strider (1989) Cheats For Amstrad CPC

  1. Skip Ahead

    On the main menu, simultaneously press the keys Z and 0. The borders of the screen will flash red if entered correctly.

    With the cheat active, pause the game with H, then simultaneously press SHIFT and 1 to skip ahead. It's advisable not to skip during a boss battle, as it can lock the game.

    If you press SHIFT and 0 when paused, it will reset the level.

    Effect
    [SHIFT] + 0 Reset
    [SHIFT] + 1 Skip Ahead
    Z + 0 Unlocks Skip Cheat

Strider (1989) Cheats For Genesis

  1. Infinite Continues

    In order to get infinite continues, first put in the Genesis game "Altered Beast." As soon as the title screen comes up, pull the game out of the system (without turning it off). Then, put in "Strider" and reset the system. To check to see if the trick worked, go into the option mode. If you cannot move with the directional buttons (meaning if no option is highlighted yellow in the option mode), then the trick worked. Play through the game, and you can use as many continues as you need to beat the game.
