1. Zangief's Magic Throw

   When playing as Zangief, it's possible to throw opponents regardless of how far away they are. You need to perform his Flying Power Bomb (360 Motion + MK) as a reversal attack, when Zangief is recovering from a block. This works best against projectiles, but can be done as a reversal against any attack as long as the opponent is on the ground.

1. Easily reach to M.Bison

   When playing the arcade or story mode have another controller plugged in , during the fight press the start button on the 2nd controller so it well appear like a new challenger wants to fight you, then choose the character tha you were about to fight for the secnd player , and you'll have a match hat appears to be a versus mach but if player 1 wins you'll progress further to the next opponent . Do these steps until you reach M.Bison.
   Note: This will not work when you fight M.Bison , you'll have to fight him on your own.

2. Speed Up Computer Battles

   At the title screen, choose Tournament. In the Tournament Battle Screen, highlight the word END. Press START. All of the matches will be fought by computer opponents. Press a button to speed up the match.

3. Choose the same character

   Get eight of the same fighter in the Group Battle Mode of Super SF II. Choose Group from the title screen. Now, at the Battle Mode Select Screen, enter the following sequence on controller two: A, B, A, B, A, B, B, A. Now select the number of characters to be eight in one of the mode and then go to the selection screen. Each player may now choose up to eight characters

4. Hidden Artwork

   Set the difficulty to 7 or 8 stars and clear Super mode without losing a round. After the credits, a Cammy artwork will show up beside a Super SFII logo.
   A Dee Jay artwork is also available, when clearing Super mode set to Expert on the same difficulty settings and without losing a continue.

1. Edit buttons right before a fight

   To edit what button does what right before a fight, simply hold select sometime before the versus screen appears, and do whatever you would normally do, until the edit screen appears. This should work in any mode, and in versus mode you can even select if either player should be CPU, or human.

2. Reach M. Bison(Vega) without fighting CPU

   Select Arcade Mode normally. When you start your fight press START on the controller 2. Then select for the second player the same figther the CPU was using and beat it. You will see yourself in the second fight! Repeat this until you find M. Bison(Vega) and fight for your life!

3. Select the 8th outfit

   When you select your fighter, press and hold all 3 punches or all 3 kicks until the outfit changes color.

   When you start the game wait for the first profile and hold:
   L+R on 2P

5. Use Up to 8 of Each Fighter in Group Battle

   Group Battle usually limits you to two instances of each fighter, but this code increases that number to eight.
   
   From the Game Start screen, enter Group Battle mode. Then, using the second controller, alternately and repeatedly tap L and R until Vega laughs. Choose Match Play or Elimination from the menu. You and your opponent will now be able to use up to eight instances of each fighter.

1. Same character for two player game

   To play as the same characters for a two player game, play a normal two player game and at any time pause the game and type in this code.

   The next time you play a two player game, you can select the same characters for both players.
