Burst Pistol and High Powered Sniper Rifle
After collecting all map fragments and unlocking NG+ Mode. Start a NG + game with your cleared game data. Once you have access to the back area where you unlock the "morgue body holder cabinets" that you open with keys go to the right where the map fragment holder is. It will be glowing red as long as you have all fragments earned. Interact with this map and a attache case will appear on the nearby table containing the Burst Pistol and High Powered Sniper Rifle. To use them go to your inventory and hit the button above the weapon icon (at the top left of the icon) )I used an xbox 360 controller on my PC so for me it was "X" ) and swap between the regular pistol and sniper rifle at any time.
