The Last Blade 2 Cheats For Dreamcast

  1. Unlock the Memorial Movies

    To unlock the Memorial movies (Last Blade 1 endings), just complete the Hanafuda card game. Different characters yield different endings.

  2. Unlock Portrait Gallery

    To get the gallery all you need to do is beat the game with any character. It'll appear on the main menu after doing so.

  3. Unlocking Cutscenes in Demo Viewer

    By playing through the game with each character, you'll unlock their ending, their mid-boss fight speech, and their speech after the mid-boss fight (latter only for certain characters).

  4. Hanafuda Card Game

    To play the Hanafuda Card Game, beat the game once using any character, without using continues. The option will appear in the main menu.

  5. EX Mode

    Select Speed (Blue) at the Mode Selection Screen, then press X (6), Left, B (3), Right, & X(4).

  6. Play as Hidden Characters

    You must do these at the character select screen.

    Effect Effect
    Hagure (the wandering puppet) Highlight Akari and press X 17 times, wait 1 second and press X once. You will hear Akari talk to confirm the code. Then press A to select it.
    Kaede (Before the Awakening) Highlight Kaede and press X 14 times. You will hear Kaede talk to confirm the code. Then press A to select him.
    Kotetsu Naoe Highlight Shigen and press X 17 times. You will hear Kotetsu talk to confirm the code.
    Kouryu Highlight Yuki and press X 19 times. You will hear Kouryu talk to confirm the code. Then press A to select him.

The Last Blade 2 Cheats For Arcade Games

  1. Unlock EX Mode

    At the mode selection screen, highlight Speed and press C six times. Highlight Power and press B three times. Highlight Speed and press C 4 times.

    Note: All of these codes need to be put in within four seconds, so do them quickly! ^_^ I wonder if these work in the Dreamcast version...?

    Original Kaede (with his Last Blade 1 black hair)
    --At the character select screen, highlight Kaede and press C nine times, then B once, then C four times. You'll hear Kaede's voice if you did it right.

    Naoe Kotetsu (Shigen's Adopted Daughter/Girl he looks after, take your pick)
    --All right, this is just a special ''joke'' intro for the big guy, but it's still something you should try. To ''play'' as Naoe, on the character select screen, highlight Shigen. Then press C five times, then B ten times, then C two times. Naoe will speak if you did it right. When you begin the fight, Naoe will be all by herself, ready to take on the world! But Shigen thinks otherwise...^_~

    Hagure Hitogata (Akari's spirit partner, a.k.a. ''The LB2 Mirror Mode'')
    --Another ''non-character''...To ''play as'' Hagure, highlight Akari on the character select screen, then press C eight times, then B nine times, then C five times. Hagure appears briefly, then changes into a copy of the fighter you're about to battle.

The Last Blade 2 Cheats For Neo Geo CD

  1. Special Kotetsu Intro

    Choose arcade, versus, or training mode. Then, highlight Kotetsu on the character selection and press C - B - C. If done correctly, Kotesu will talk. Then press A or D to select Kotetsu. An introduction sequence with Kotetsu being thrown out of the stage by Shigen will appear.

    After choosing your character you will be taken to the mode selection screen. Highlight Speed and press C(6 times), highlight Power and press B(3 times), highlight Speed once more and press C(4 times). You must do this quickly or the cheat will not work.

    A sound will confirm correct code entry. Select the character to begin gameplay.

    On any mode, go to the character selection screen and highlight Kaede. And in 4 seconds press: C ten times, B five times, then Kouryu

    Unlockable Unlockable
    Select any fighter. Highlight Speed and press C(6). Go to Power and press B(3). Return to Speed and press C(4). You will begin in EX Mode. EX Mode
    Go into Arcade, VS or Training Mode. Highlight Akari and press C(8), then B(9). Wait a second, then press C. Press A or D to select Hagure. Fight as Hagure
    Go into Arcade, VS or Training Mode. Highlight Kaede and press C(10), B(5), then C(4). Press A to select Kouryu. Fight as Kouryu
    Go into Arcade, VS or Training Mode. Highlight Kaede and press C(9), B, then C(4). Press A or D to select Unawakened Kaede. Fight as Unawakened Kaede
    Go into Arcade, VS or Training Mode. Highlight Kotetsu and press C(5), B(10), C(2), then press A or D. Kotetsu's hidden intro will play. Secret intro sequence
