The Revenge of Shinobi (1989) Cheats For Genesis

1. Extra Lives

   One the second stage of level four,fire at the base of the first conveyer belt.A special Musashi symbol will appear.Hop onto the conveyor belt and let it carry you to the end.You lose a life but you gain 2.Keep doing this until you have as many lives as you want/need.

2. 3rd Easy Boss!

   Get to the boss with POW and simply walk to the brain. You won't take any damage while holding right or left, just follow him, his defensive stance will deal a lot of damage.

3. 3 Secret items in the first stage.

   Stage 1-1
   At the beginning, use Fushin, double jump and shoot to the right to find an extra ninjutsu power item worth 2!
   
   At the end of that same level there are two lanterns, get on this one by double jumping and shoot it to the right to find a big heart.
   
   Stage 1-2
   When leaving the 1st house there is a big heart hidden near the wall, double jump and shoot to find it.
   
   At the entrance to the tunnel, right in the middle, there is a 50 shuriken item.
   
   Between the two platforms that go up and down there is an item worth 2 lives. Use double jump and shoot to find it. It's hard to pick up without taking damage.
   
   At the end of this part, before going to face the boss, there is a hidden POW at the top of the screen. Go to the right of the rock near the mansion door, use the jump power (Fushin), double jump and attack to the left.

4. Infinite Shurikins

   Go to the Options Screen, move the pointer up to Shurikins and set them to 00, wait about 30 seconds (without moving the pointer). You will here a sound and the ''00'' should change to an infinite symbol. Start the game and you will have unlimited Shurikins.

5. 30,000 Bonus Points

   If you want to earn 30,000 bonus points, make sure you end a level with eleven times more shurikens than the number of lives you have left.

6. Unlimited Mijin

   Get to the boss with a low score so that when you beat him, you won't gain an extra life before the next stage. If you have more than one life, use the Mijin ninjitsu to kill yourself until you have 0 lives. Defeat the boss and as soon as his head falls to the ground use Mijin to kill yourself.
   
   Instead of taking a "Game Over" you will go to the next stage. Now while you don't gain a life, or die, you can use Mijin whenever you want!
   
   The ideal is to earn your life by points before the boss, so you can enjoy this glitch for longer. Life is gained at 50,000 points and then every additional 100,000 points.
