Collect all Hunter Badges , complete Master Test from Goya and finally defeat Goya in his final test.

The Final Virtua Soul
Collect all Virtua Souls then talk to Dot(located in 2nd Server Lobby) and he will open up the mission server "Legendary Battle" . Finish the mission and recieve the final Virtua Soul "Hougeki Unshin Soukoshou".
