WinBack: Covert Operations Cheats For Nintendo 64

  1. Unlock The Endings

    Depending on how much time you take, you'll get 3 different conclusions, but it isn't just a matter of reaching the last boss in a certain time. The Gulf satellite takes roughly 2 or 3 hours to charge and fire, and there are two points in the game where if you go over that time, the satellite will fire. So, If you take over 3 hours to get to the Factory Area (stage 23), then you'll trigger the 1st scene. After that, if you take 2 or 3 more hours to get to the Control Center stage (stage 27), you'll trigger the second scene. To get the Good Ending, in which you fight Dan and Cecile, you can't trigger any of those scenes. To get the Normal Ending, in which you only fight Dan, you can only trigger one scene (doesn't matter which). To trigger the Bad Ending, in which you only fight Cecile, you have to trigger both scenes.

  2. Unlock Hidden Characters for Versus Mode

    Beat Story Mode on Easy difficulty to unlock:
    Terrorist (1), Terrorist (2), Terrorist (3), Engineer

    Beat Story Mode on Normal difficulty to unlock:
    George (Secretary of Defense), Kevin (Advisor), Nancy (Assistant), Kenneth

    Achieve the following Total Scores in Story Mode or Trial Mode to unlock:

    Unlockable
    25000 Banderas
    31000 Cecile
    29000 Deathmask Ash
    21000 Duke
    23000 Gunt
    27000 Jin
    15000 Leon
    13000 Lila
    17000 Ryan
    19000 Thunder

  3. Cheat Codes

    Enter the following combinations before the demo starts:

    L, C-right, C-left, C-right, C-left, C-down, C-up, C-down, C-up. Then hold L and press Start. Maximum Power Mode
    L, C-Up + C-Left, C-Down + C-Right, C-Right + C-Left, C-Up + C-Down, C-Right + C-Left, L + Start Recover Health (press L in game to recover lost health)
    C-left, C-right, C-left, C-right, C-up, C-down, C-up, C-down. Then hold L and press Start. Sudden Death Mode
    Up, Down, Down, Right, Right, Right, Left, Left, Left, Left. Then hold C-down and press Start. Trial Mode
    Up, Down, Down, Right, Right, Right, Left, Left, Left, Left, then hold C-Up and press Start. Unlock All Multiplayer Characters

  4. Unlock Extra Modes

    Beat Story Mode under certain conditions to unlock the following:

    Unlockable
    Clear Story Mode with a total score of 20,000 points or more in Normal or Hard difficulty Max Power Mode
    Clear Story Mode in Hard difficulty with the best ending Sudden Death Mode
    Clear Story Mode in any difficulty Trial Mode

  2. How to Unlock the Different Endings

    There are three possible endings depending on the time it takes you to reach certain stages of the game. You can see your current time in the pause menu. The timer does not count during cutscenes or when the game is paused.

    Unlockable
    Time taken to reach Stage 23 is more than 3 hours Bad Ending
    Reach Stage 23 within 3 hours and by Stage 26 within 5 hours Best Ending
    Reach Stage 23 within 3 hours but exceed 5 hours by Stage 26 Good Ending
