Garou: Mark of the Wolves, AKA Fatal Fury 4 in America, is the most balanced, if not the perfectly balanced fighter in the world today. The game features flawless animation, perfect timing, just like SF3, instead of parrying, you can use the Samurai Showdown's Just Defense system, and the Point Break, where your moves are stronger, kind of like the Rage Meter. Each character can hold a fight of it's own, and the system is made for against your average button-masher, so a 45-year-old Terry Bogard, can easily bash on a newbie, teenage Rock. This game has the same aura as SF3, where there's new replacement characters, like the two Kim brothers, are replacement for Kim Kapwhan from Fatal Fury/King of Fighters, Kushnod Butt replaces Ryo Sakazaki, from Ryuuko no Ken/Art of Fighting and KoF, and Rock, for his Father, Geese from Fatal Fury/Art of Fighting/King of Fighters. On this side, since Garou is still on the original Neo Geo system, music will be kind of down, but still, it's very catchy (Damn the Selct Screen Menu) and the backgrounds are very nice.
