Unfortunately, this game does not gain much praise by many, but Gauntlet Legends I believe is a great game (especially for multiplayers). Aside from the same repetitive levels and gameplay....well I guess it stuck to its roots on that, because Gauntlet itself is a pretty repetitive game. For most this game is not a buy, but a rent; those hardcore gauntlet fans will play this game much longer. While the game is pretty much level enemy after enemy in a different terrain, Gauntlet Legends does ask a little thinking from the player. But secret walls and a few secret weapons keep most unsatisfied. Gauntlet Legendsd is not a game for many, but Midway did a good job of sticking to the original for a revitalized classic.
