Brothers To The End. The End.
The game starts two years after Gears Of War 2. You will resume the role of Marcus Fenix, the worn torn hero. Of coarse Dom, Cole, and Baird, will also be returning. There are some new additions to delta squad as well such as, Sam, Anya, Jace, and Carmine(HELL YEAH). There will also be some familiar faces too.
You will travel through different environments this time around, but overall its still Gears. Battling locust, the new enemy lambent, and all the other bastards you have to kill that get in your way. The campaign is better than ever this time. Featuring 4 player co-op, so you and your friends can get in on the action. New Weapons, and more. The bot system has also improved, Bots revive a lot more and help out. The pacing is just like the other games, moving through the battlefield slaughtering your enemies with lancer chainsaws and brutal executions. The story has more of a emotional side this time. Seeing how Marcus and the rest of the bad ass heroes of delta are at the end of it all. The campaign will probably take you about 10 hours, depending on the difficulty or if your playing with friends. Overall the campaign is really good and there are a lot of plot twists that will leave you at the edge of your seat!! There is also an insane mode and arcade mode.
Multiplayer: This is Gears of war 3 if you were not good at the first two don't play the 3rd. Not much has changed in multiplayer, game play wise. However There are some new game modes added . Team Death match. This is basically execution but with a twist. Each team gets 15 lives. The goal is to kill off the other team and have the most lives. Not 15 lives per player, per team. So if you have noobs on your team that keep dying, help them out. Capture the leader. This is pretty much a different way to play guardian from Gears 2. This time instead of killing the leader, you must capture him/her in order to win. You will have to hold the leader for a certain amount of time. King of the hill. Stay in the ring as as long as possible. There is also war zone. There is now a sawn-off shotgun in Gears that can (EASILY AND VERY CHEAPLY) blow enemies away with one shot. Now this at first was really frustrating, players would just (CAMP) behind walls and pop out and kill you. But as you play you will begin to spot players using this gun. If you are a Gears Vet, you will have no problem with multiplayer. Noobs will just use sawn-offs. There is also another new gun called the retro lancer. It has a byonette on it so you can charge at players with it instead of chainsawing. This gun is a little overpowered but it can help you out in many ways. In Gears 3 every gun has its own execution. You must first get a certain amount of kills to unlock it. But there are also standard executions to perform until you unlock them such as, the curb stomp, beat someones head in till it explodes for the cog and rip someones arm off and beat them to death with it for the locust.. Meatshilds are back, and you can now tag your meatshild with smokes, frags, ink,etc. and kick them towards other players. Another new feature is the ability to customize the guns you use, which is really **** cool.
Horde 2.0: Horde is back and better than ever. You earn money for every kill you get and for completing rounds and beating boss battles. You can use the money to build fortifications to help protect yourself from the locust horde. Its really fun this time.
Beast:
Beast mode is horde but you play as the locust. Its really goddamn fun. You can play as any locust you want and the goal is to kill the humans!!
This is the best Gears game ever. it is a must have, must buy, must play. Its just a really fun awesome game and i hope you enjoy...
