this game is by far my favorite shooter. I couldn't pass the first level, then I got the 2nd game finished it and returned and was successful. I like to play this online on co op even now. This game requires a lot more thinking than the 2nd it also has far more intense shoot offs. I don't think that many games can compare to this one either in terms of game play or in graphics. This is one of the 4 series that I point to when explaining to people why I have all 3 systems. Microsoft may have fewer new exclusive IPs than Sony but with games like these Sony has nothing that compares. Even though we are shooting at aliens this is also probably the most realistic war simulation(I'm actually a vet myself), far better than cod or many others. The last level feels like an old mega man level where you have to re fight bosses and then the final boss, not as much fun as the rest of the game but still very fun.
