Think Metal Gear, Halo, and Resident Evil all rolled into one awesome experience.

I'll admit, what first interested me about this game wasn't the gameplay, or the amazing visuals, but the fact that Eric Nylund wrote the story for the game. The Gameplay is undoubtedly ranked up there as one of the best games on the 360. It's an immersive experience, the game actually feels like you're fighting in a real warzone. You cover, fire, duck and run, repeat; just as in an actual battlefield, you can't keep yourself exposed for too long or you're dead. My only real gripe with the gameplay is that the game can sometimes get confused as to what you're wanting to do with the "A" button. For example, you might be trying to roll forward and the game will register it as a move to cover. It's minor, but it can get aggravating. Graphically, the game is completely breath-taking. The visuals set a new standard for what 360 games should look like. If you don't believe me, just check out the Imulsion mines, or the train sequence. Great stuff. Difficulty can be a little frustrating, but I found most of my frustration coming from having to maske the trek back to the battleground when I died and respawned, and not the actual dying. Enemy AI is pretty damn good, though they will do some stupid things from time to time, like sit behind their cover while you pump round after round into the back of their head. Ally AI is completely ridiculous though. I suggest playing Co-op if at all possible. Online multiplayer is a blast, I haven't enjoyed a game this much since I picked up my 360 to be honest. Overall, if you're a fan of shooters, this game delivers. Completely worth the wait.
