Halo great,half-life2 excellent, gears of war....it's so awsome there isn't a word to describe it. In a world full of crappy shooters [cough] 50 cent bulletproof [cough] it's good to see how one game can kill all g-unit crap.Gears of war takes place in a future where mole men[Loucst as the game calls them] come up from the ground to kill humanity cause apperantly living underground sucks that badly.We humans then send down laser beams and kill more people trying to kill the locusts.Which leads me to believe that the person who sent down the lasers was skynet. 14 years later you take the role of marcus fenix, a marine who got jailed for not saving his father. At the begining you get busted out of jail by a buddy to help get rid of the locust hordes. within the first 5 minutes is when the awsome begins. Gears of war boosts an amazing hop and pop fighting system. Let me explain see the A button is kind of like the do it all button, need cover? get close to a wall and hit A. there are so many things that you can do with the button but see for yourself when you buy it. Time for the weapons. You will probaly already know about the lancer,A kick ass gun with a chainsaw on it to turn your enemies into piles of meat. If your more formal you may like the torque bow, it's a bow that fires explosive shots blowing up your enemies.And then theirs the the hammer of dawn which kills all. There is a briliant new feature called active reload which speeds up your reload and gives you extra damage shots if you time it just right.The graphics and sound could beat a ps4 game any day.overall this game will kill the ps3 with the title of best game ever.
