Best game i've ever played shame about the sequel what a let down

Lots of people use the phrase 'best game ever' all the time. But, if I was being true to my heart I know that if you called 'Gears of War' the 'best game ever' it would be an understatement. Just the fact that I have been playing the game for 4 years and I'm still not bored of it, really says something about the quality of the game.

I can't quite put my finger on it. There is something truly special about this game, but i've got no idea what it is. What I do know is that the online gameplay is so much fun once you find the right game (especially with my dad) and don't you worry it requires a tremendous amount of skill and concentration to compete.

The invention of a cover system was what really made this game take off. And there is nothing...NOTHING that is more satisfying than popping a head off in gears - it's almost orgasmic. It's funny because after a while you forget you are actually killing people with a chainsaw or a shotgun as you just think 'Yes! I've won'.

I could go on for hours about this game, but there really isn't any point. All you need to know is this game is "(no word to describe)" Yes... it's that good.
