I had heard a lot of good things about this game and played multiplayer in Gears 2 so i decided to go out and buy it. This game really is as good as everyone says. It constantly keeps you on your toes with the constant rush of locusts coming at you. My only complaints are that it gets repetitive as your group of 4 people will be split in 2 constantly. Its basically 4, split up to go down a path, get together, split up again for another path, etc... Also I don't know about anyone else but the A.I. for the fellow COG members sucked. My guys constantly ran into the middle of combat and got themselves knocked down, leaving me to fend for myself. Other than that though, this game was very good. Very good graphics, good/interesting story, fun game play, and best of all: running up to people with the chainsaw. I'm not a huge shooter game fan, but this was one of the better ones I have played. Definitely worth buying and playing.
