The gameplay is simply amazing. The weapons are fun and unique and the AI is incredibly challenging. Chainsawing the enemy will never get old and this game does it right, as opposed to other game's weak attempts (cough... Doom 3... cough). This game is fun and challenging and any gamer in their right mind will want to go through it more than once. I haven't tried co-op, but I'm looking forward to it. The online multiplayer is also done well and is nice and smooth with no frame-rate problems or anything. This is easily one of the most beatiful games I've ever played. The graphics are stunning! If I had to be really picky, I would point out that I found some (although extremely minimal) choppiness during 2 cut scenes. This was probably the only flaw in the entire game and it did not take away from the gaming experience at all! The sound really fit into the mood of the game. The sound effects used for the weapons were done well and I really appreciated the enemy "voices". Another thing that I really liked was the fact that I didn't have to hear the same corny lines over and over again from the AI. The game designers truly gave them enough lines to avoid this problem. This game will have excellent replay value. I just completed the game yesterday and I am already looking forward to playing it again. The multiplayer can satisfy a GOW fix as well. This game is gonna go down in the books as one of the greatest games ever made. I recommend it to anyone old enough to handle the oh so delicious violence.
After beating the game 2 more times online with a friend, I noticed that this game does have some flaws. It froze a few times and there are a few bugs that really take away from the gameplay. There were many times where I was unable to change weapons. One time the game would not allow me to use any weapons at all.
