I didn't play gears, but I watched my 9 and 11 year old beat it on a Saturday all day session. Since we don't have broadband in our area it has now become a really nice looking drink coaster for $60.00. Yes it's a fabulous game, I can' t wait until they charge to download what was probably the rest so they could ship it out faster! This is not a masterpiece! My boys whipped through Halo 2 in 3 days!! Please Microsoft, beautiful graphics are wonderful and so is online, but remember the single player game!!! Why does every army game have to have swears!!! Final Fantasy does'nt , and it was like 68 hours to get through!!
