The first few minutes of the game were a little confusing, but than again all new games are when your trying to master the controls and figure out how your going to click that button faster next time that locust comes around the corner. The key to the game is strategy, be ready at all times, check every corner and have your chainsaw revved up and ready. I have always hated 3rd person shooters and I told all my friends that I probably would not be able to stand Gears Of War, but I was persuaded into renting it. I got home popped the disc in and prepared myself for boredom, but right as I entered the campaign my eyes just widened and my pupils grew larger. I was addicted from the start I was amazed and the beautiful texture and colors in the game and how they combined them to make some of the best graphics I have ever seen. As I was saying before I HATE 3rd person shooters but the game play in Gear Of War and the such good graphics makes me feel like it's an FPS in fact pretty much the best I've ever played! Overall Gears Of War is a must have your your gaming collection and will be known for years as a instant class.
