All it was supposed to be
Graphics - absolutely brilliant graphics,some of the best iv seen on 360 to date,and it keeps consistent throughout the whole game,great blood effects when you kill enemies,and more than satisfying textures in the environments,dark and depressing,yet not going so far as to make you feel suicidle.
Sound - lovely sounds in the game,especially the enemies,they dont have many different things they shout at you,but then again,when your faced with 10 grubs,its kinda not the point,and the voice actin for all characters is top notch
Controls - best controls ever on a 3rd person shooter,i hate these games usually,but GoW totally redefined the controls,such as the 1 button cover system works beautifully and makes it very easy to get used to,and the other really good addition is the active reload system,where if you time your reloading right,you get a power boost,but if you miss the icon,your weapon jam's up
All in all,a brilliant game,the only thing that is bad,is the length of campaign mode,it took me around 8 hours to complete,but,there should be a sequel,so they can make up for it in that!
