Does a great job of putting you in the game. Plus it is just flat out fun to play. you do not get bored of this game.

Obviously this game as been getting alot of hype since the 360 launched. Well now that it is here I will say that the hype is real. This game is flat out fun and so enjoyable. I will start with the graphics which not only are incredible but fit the picture real well. It is not just a pretty sky and good reflections. The graphics fit well because of their dark nature which help bring the game out and give the player a feel for what the environment would look like if the game were real. The sound is just flat out sweet. The music kicks in at the appropriate time during battles and the sound of gun shots are realistic and in-sync with the firing. Plus for once the characters are not corny and say stupid lines. The characters talk just like I would talk if I was in the game. It is actually pretty funny to listen to them ( Cole Train Baby). The gameplay is great. I cannot say one bad thing about it. I love the camera view. I love the way you can run and dodge. Plus the chainsaw brings drool to my lips everytime i use it. what a great addition to the game to really make it stand out. The levels are fun and not repetitive. the bad guys are fun to fight and the A.I. is well done. The single player achievements are nicely spread out and not too difficult to reach. The multiplayer achievements are somewhat hard to reach (especially the 10000 kill mark). but that is OK because you are going to play the hell out of the multiplayer which might i add is addictive and real fun. It will not take long to get used to but it will take a while to master.
All in all I love this game and am so happy with it. definitely something to hold me down till Halo 3. you know i got to throw in my boy the master chief in my review. haha peace
