This game has it all from great single player Campaign to an awseome multiplayer mode with great modes and maps. BUY IT

Where can I start with a game like Gears of War. This game has everything you could want in an FPS. It has an awesome single player campaign that you will play over and over again at least 10 times. And great online component you can play up to 8 people (4 on 4). In a variety of game types from warzone to assassination they are all fantastic. You can also do co-op both with one system and online. In which you play the single player campaign with a buddy. This is a great way to get the achievements due to the fact that if you die your squad mate can revive you. This game also has a variety of great weapons in your arsenal. From the lancer to the boomshot they are all awesome. However the weapon you will be using the most is the lancer. Why? Well if you are asking then you have no sense of entertainment. First off the lancer is just an awesome machine gun that really packs a punch. However this is not why it is so awesome. The lancer has a chainsaw bayonet on the bottom of which if timed properly can indeed cut your enemies in half. Now point. The points in this game are pretty good. Some are very easy while some seem damn near impossible to get. You get points for completely acts on various difficulties and for completing the story mode on various difficulties. You also get points for doing the active reload well and for collecting cog tags. Now the active reload is an awesome idea. In most FPS you just press a button and your gun reloads. Pretty boring right. Well not in Gears of War. When you hit the right “bumper” on your controller a little mini-game pops up underneath your HUD. If you hit the bar in the white zone you will get a speed boost and your bullets will do double damage. If you hit it in the gray zone you will just get a speed boost. However if you hit it outside of either of those zones your gun will jam and it will take longer to reload. It is just a neat idea that you get rewarded for doing this well and as I mentioned you can get points for doing it well. However it is not that hard and easy to get very well at it. In all Gears of War is one of the best games if not the best games of the year. If you have an Xbox 360 you need to get off of that chair and get it NOW!
