I think that this game is one of he most overrated games ever made! I highly recommend trying other games first.

The worst thing about gears of war is that so many people buy an xbox 360,get gears of war,play it and then assume it's the greatest game ever because everyone else says so! Sure this game had a cover system, sure the character was badass, but havent we been here before? To add insult to injury the story was horrible. Honestly I think this game should be in the same closet as Star Wars Rebbellion. Both games had brilliant ideas but went about expressing them in the wrong way. The same thing happened in Halo 2! This game was hyped up and fell way short of my expectations....two thumbs wayyyy down.
