This is easily one of the best games that 360 has had the grace of playing. Graphics, game play, voice acting, and more.

To say the least, Gears of War is a magnificent game. The way the EPIC GAMES made this shooter was risky, but it worked, flawlessly. The game takes a little bit of time to get used to; controls being a bit confusing at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's like riding a bike. Everything flows in the right way with Gears. The gore level is insane and, let's face it, we all feel a sick amount of satisfaction when we cut a Grub in half with the Lancer. Even the little things a tuned with outstanding detail. Things like Active-Reloads. Something that nobody has ever thought of, but something that made a huge difference in how the game was played and how interactivity was set. And to top it all off, the voice-acting. As if relentless game play wasn't enough, they top it all off with an outstanding voice cast and hilarious voice-acting. Sure, the game has it serious moments, but it's how the game creates the funny moments out those serious moments that makes it shine. The only downfall in Gears was the game length. The game can be beaten in one sitting. That being pushed aside, Gears of War is a truly amazing gaming experience that no 360 owner should miss.
