Awesome action game with excellent tactical prowess in every direction.
In gameplay aspects. The gameplay is new technology the creators thought up, no other game has this kind of tactical action. Rainbow Six Vegas might have the same kind of tactical but never played it so to continue. The way the options of what to do in a situation, the hiding and covering, the random shooting power you have while covering yourself and the nice aiming you have when press the LT button.
All this just excites you and makes you try all the possibilities and eventually during harder difficulties you depend on it, hiding and covering in tactical fashion. The difficulties are hard, even casual. In each different set of difficulty your opponent gets stronger and you get weaker, which challenges you like stated above.
Now the guns and the weapons were nicely designed. Some guns have they're ups and they're downs but it all depends on your tactical sequences and how or what type of gun you're used to using. Now some of the most favorite guns people tend to use is of course the chainsaw gun. This gun not only packs a punch, bullet wise, but the chainsaw is used for an immediate one shot kill, although this renders you totally open to damage and consequently your own doom. Another bad side about it is that your chainsaw turns off, if not killing someone with it. Meaning no melee attacks so don't get close to your enemy, if they are shooting you and know your position. Another gun used alot in the game is the burst-fire gun the opposing team has, those mutant-zombie guys. This gun has alot of power, nice melee functions but, just like me, not many people enjoy the burst-fire mode. We all like the automatic.
All in all the gameplay is amazingly nice, great new form of gameplay and definitely deserves to be said as the best gameplay seen in a game. To this date the gameplay does deserve it but the future of gaming might say otherwise to this in the next, well, few months or years to come. Only bad thing about it is that not all spots, even the ones that look like it are tactical and that the walls are, this can screw you up while running next to one. Another complaint, the easy bosses. Now the hammer of dawn, uber lazer weapon, owns berserkers and corpsers with extreme ease. And even when you don't have it in some levels to beat bosses, it's a bit simple to figure out.
Graphic aspects. Very nice to the eyes, these graphics are current-gen amazing. They look reallu realistic, really good detail and nicely done animations.
The graphics have great lighting effects, blow up effects, killing effects and pretty much pulls off all of the other effects there is. The nice detail also impresses me alot I cant get to figure out how they do a job like that.
The guns, the environment, the bad guys and your team show some impressive advancements and show some of the 360 true capabilities as a great and powerull system. The muscles of the Delta squad are huge, showing veines poping out of they're muscles. Truly an incredible design in graphics and in muscle scale. They must work out alot or they depend on steroids, but it doesn't matter because the amazingly sharp graphics and great gameplay makes up for it.
I got nothing left to say but that the environment, the guns, the people, the houses and well everything else is current-gen genius and deserves a perfect score of great effort.
Sounds. Not alot to say about it much other then, greatly done. The music goes nicely, fits nicely, in any situation. It's like the music blends with the environment and the battle.
Sound effects are also very nice and clear. The bullets have a nice sound, chainsaw has a nice sound, enemies dying has a nice sound, the environment has a nice sound and pretty much everything has a nice sound making it feel great.
Value aspects. The value is how addictive and how long you'd play on this game before getting bored. I would have to say it's moderate in the addictive level and it's fully great in the how long you'd play. I meen I'm not addicted but I'd level after level for the fun of it. I guess some people would say that's addictive but I don't talk or think about it anytime else other then when I'm playing.
Reviewer's Tilt. Well alot of great things in the background and alot of great extra stuff just for visuals is incredibly cool and nice. Only bad thing is that the story, with all the amazing stuff in it, seems to short. Nine hours of gameplay might seem great but I've played many longer games, and to me it seems short, other then that the game is a great add to any 360 owner.
