AWESOME GAME THAT CREATES A REALLY GOOD CLEAR PICTURE OF FIGHTING IN THE FUTURE SO YH (IM IN THE ZONE BABY)
Single player puts you in the worn and torn boots of marcus pheonix who is been released from a prison due to problems during war but with battle companions such as dom, cole, baird,kim(dies) and carmine(also dies) to help you through the bad and the god damm right ugly warfare against the locust, play it on 3 difficulty levels which are insane,hardcore and normal and if you find it too hard you can team up with a buddy or a random person and crack the problem in half to play campaign multiplayer locally with your best buddy or online with you online buddies so your not always by yourself.
You would think with such good singleplayer there would be awesome online play and your right there is with over 10 lovable maps plus downloadable content along with all the guns used in single player are also available so you can use anything you want to kill your enemies. Oh and you do get to play as the locust aswell online so it makes it a bit more fair.
But as you know all games have their slight problems or the right damm ridiculous ones but to be honest the only problem is that the single player campaign is a bit short which does restrict your campaign fun.
Now all there is to do is to wait until november 2008 for the new gears of war 2 on 360.
