If you are thinking about getting GOW then you came to the right place. this game has holy crap written all over it with excitments from left to right and a few things that jump out at you! The graphics are very good and maybe the best on the xbox 360 for some time, the sound in the game is fast paced during fights and has a certain little note when you've cleared a room to let you know your done which is nice. i also enjoy hearing cole screaming "OHH BABY!" every five seconds and is hilarious in multiplayer. teh entertainment is based on whether you like crappy or good games because if you like good games then you'll like this because its great. the story doesn't really go very far into the war but you get the feel like you hold the sole responsibility for the planet Sera. this game is hard at first but once you get the hang of it and beat insane mode the casual mode feels like you fighting babies. the cover system is great and makes you do what you would do in a war which isn't going commando and jumping into the action adn you might say i hate games like that, but trust me this will change your opinion becasue personally i was the same way until i player this.
The multiplayer has mixed reactions, its not bad like everyone says it is, its just different and if you say its bad done play gears and you have to give it some time because there are some dedicated players out there and you can't just try it once get completely killed and never do it again. i have taken alot of time playing this game and i'm still not the best, you will get angry when you get raped on live literally with a smoke grenade and all, but once you are doing the raping its a very fun game. one thing i do say is fight like a team and don't go off alone because you will get double, triple, or even quadrouple teamed and thats not good. warning in gears there is alot of smack talk and you will eventually have to say something also.
this game is great and anyone who wants an experiance better than almost anything they have ever tried should not even rent this game just buy it its worth it!
