Gears of War is an amazing game. It is beond what I expected to be in a next-gen game.

You can't really explain why the gameplay is so fun, its mostly everything else that makes it up. The graphics are AMAZING, that goes for the artwork too. The sound effects are everything, they are great. It has the most intense gameplay online and single player. The story could be a little better but hey, who cares. The difficulty is great because most people start out on Casual which is the easiest difficulty and that is challenging at first. Than theres Hardcore which is probably normal but there can be some really crazy parts in it. Than, there is INSANE, now like I said, once you've beaten the game on Casual Hardcore is what Casual used to be TO YOU, but than you go onto Insane and its CRAZY, I'm recently trying to beat it and its HARD. I've already tried it on co-op and its not crazy in that but in single player its just crazy. The multiplayer is great, there is only 4 gametypes but they are all great. The levels are good but one of the best parts about is that you can't just go and pick up a weapon that will kill anyone you see like halo 2 does. There is a weapon called the Torque Bow and it is like a cross bow but only it blows up after you shoot it, seems easy to use huh, well its not, in fact its probably one of the hardest weopons to use in the game, because first, you have to charge it up so the bow actully goes straight and its sensetivity is low low low. So everything in the game is great and the parts that arent as good as most other parts are highly satisfactury. But if your not a fan of lots of blood than its not for you don't mind the fact that there is a chainsaw and the end of a gun and you use it to...well, you know where I'm going with this.
