Gears of War campaign is short but exciting and the multiplayer is addictive and fun! =D

Gears of War is a third person cover based shooter action-horror game where you play as Marcus Fenix and you lead your team of 'COGs' (Coalition of Ordered Governments) against the Locust army. You start the game in a prison cell and your buddy Dominic Santiago gets you out, from this point onwards you can choose to go right into the fight or take the tutorial.

You soon learn how to use the cover shooter mechanics of Gears of War and then you start to fight (shoot) you way out of prison.

The story to Gears of War is mostly about some device that supposedly will destroy the world. The game doesn't really tell you about what happened in the past with the Locust or why there's conflict with them.

You can play the co-operatively on the Gears of War campaign online (Xbox Live), local split screen or system link LAN. The second player plays as Dominic who is Marcus' sidekick. You can also play online multiplayer and there are player or ranked matches. All of the multiplayer achievements are exclusive to ranked matches even the Seriously achievement which requires 10,000 kills.

The multiplayer is probably the best there is out of a lot of games out there. The graphics in this game are brilliant and a great technical accomplishment to the Xbox 360.
