genius.addictive,.funny it,s soooooooooooooooooo cool!.but it is really hard!.but a really brilliant game.
originally released in 2002 it did'nt really sell much and was classed as one of those games that you could hardly find anywhere,it was nowhere to be found people on ebay selling it at ridicoulously prices.it was a rare gem what i myself and other people missed out on!.
so i've never played it on ps2 and did'nt know what it was like.
so gitaroo man is genius with it simple gameplay and funny touches what make it a special type of game it is a classic.
so the gameplay is simple but hard it's a challenge because you have to follow the "trace line" using the analog stick and also press circle on highlighted bits on the trace line.and then you have to dodge your enemy attacks when a sequence comes up like x square circle and when you face tougher enemies the sequence gets faster and faster.at the begining of a level you have to charge to fill up your health because at the the start you don't have full health and then battle and then final to finish your enemy off!
and some of the enemies are hilariously funny you'll face a weird looking spaceship and half man half bee guy and other enemies in the game.
ok the story!the story is the tale of a guy called u-1 he is a bit of a loser and want's the girl of his dreams called kira,he has a talking dog called puma.
when his dog gives him a special guitar he turn's into a gitaroo man there are eight special guitars and evil gravillians want them all.
so reluctantly u-1 turns into a gitaroo man and battle's some weird enemy's.
even after all these years gitaroo man look's the part and play's the part too.
you either love it or hate it!.
but i think you should give gitaroo man a try because it is brilliant i really enjoy this game and i give it top marks for something unique and fantastic to the psp!.
