Goblin Commander is a fantastic console RTS.

Not quite on par with Warcraft or other PC RTSs but it's still an enjoyable RTS, and unbeatable on the Xbox.

You get to choose between 5 goblin clans: Stonekrushers, melee warriors, Nighthorde, speedy good damage troops, Plaugespitters, small goblins who spread poisin and desease, Hellfires, technologically inclined with missles and guns and such, and Stormbringers, magical gobies that controll storms.

    Sure it's basically a simplified Warcraft, but it's a fun one.
