Mythology has been around since the dawn of man with Greek myths topping the charts of what people seem know the most of to a certain degree. This game was about to take what most people know, and completely rewriting it for the better.

The elements that made up the game are well composed and constructed great, the few bugs could easily be overlooked. Enemy design was strong and fits what I would think for each mythological creature while character was just as strong: no two characters looked exactly the same it seemed. Backgrounds show scale and give the great sense of depth seen in the game. Level progression was what made the game flow perfectly, making the world actually seem like just that rather then a single area.

Game play was highly original and immersive but got a little repetitive after a while. Since this game is mainly a" beat 'em up" kind of game, players spend most of there time fighting and the mini-game style combat gave the genre a breath of new life, especially in boss battles, sadly there were only 3 bosses. Platforming and puzzle solving was also another key aspect of the game and thats were things fell a bit short; puzzles were either too straightforward and simple or annoyingly abstract. Initially the story seems to be a bit on the bland side but the farther into the game, the stronger things became. Cut scenes showed the drama within the characters even with the slightest of detail and were some of the strongest one the PlayStation 2.

All though there are some small problems in game play and whatnot, everything that did go right and all the extras included in the game have made this one great game to play and a future classic.
