God of war is a brilliant game. Its a hack and slash adventure that takes you across ancient greece on a mission to kill ares the god of war. The combat in god of war may not be deep but its great fun and the enemies you face are varied and take different methods to defeat. Considering this is on the playsation 2 this game looks imply stunning. The audio is also incredible. My only complaints are the low number of boss battles and the games short length. Its possible to finish the game on easy in under 5 hours. However i played this game on medium and found it much tougher which made the game last longer. I cant begin to imagine how tough this game is on hard and god mode.
