The 9.3 rating grabbed my attention. I fought the urge because I've heard the typical "this is the best game ever" too many times to just be disappointed (Prince of Persia - Stopping time, oh boy, I'm crapping my pants with excitement) or to realize I'm just not interested in the premise (GTA any volume; Good game, not for me). God of War is a (+) game. Choose your own adjective. It's different, it takes a while to play. Don't ya hate playing a game that by the time you get into it, its over? That sucks! Then you don't get crap for trade in value. Lose, Lose situation. God of War is a winning game that is every bit worthy its 9.0+ rating, and now that it is only $19.99 new. Well, it's a can't miss situation to me. Good Job SCEA.
