God of War does a wonderful job of pulling you into a beautifully directed cinematic. It has a wonderful story and offers enough action to keep you captivated for hours. The environments are simply stunning and beautiful. The music and sounds in this game sounds like a major motion picture production. The controls are easy, but not to the point where the game would suffer from a decline in difficulty. The game did not receive a perfect score because the game was rather short and the extras are not that extraordinary. Although this game is a must have for any hack and slash fan.
