story: you are a spartan warrior, Kratos. In the beginning you see kratos up a cliff about to kill himself for some form of reason. Kratos have killed many in the past. He seeks aries to help him fight a battle he could not win, but in return for him to be aries slave. He then realizes the deeds he have done were wrong and does begins your journey. 10.10

graphics: the graphics are the best out of the ps2. Everything is large in scale, such as the begginning of pandoras temple. From kratos to the creatures you fight, there is huge amounts of detail put into it. 10/10

sound: epic is all I can say. When you hear it you would feel that your actually kratos going through this adventure. The music put into all the scenes fuses with them so perfectly. 10/10

gameplay: this game is very violent and when i say violent, i mean violent. you can see skeletons being ripped in half, orgres being completed decimated, and so fourth. There is a combat system thats similar to devils may cry. You wield two blades chained to your arms and by pressing square or triangle, you could either do heavy or light attacks. Be creative there are many possiblilities. Throughout the course of the game you will be able to gain many powers such as zeu's lighting, posaidens rage, medusas head, and so on. You could also upgrade your items like giving your blades more power and moves. 10/10

final comment: why are you sitting at your chair reading this.. go out and buy it. I highly recommend god of war because of the sheer quality put into it. From the epicness to the compelling story. Its pretty much close to perfect if not already.
