Im trying to be as unbiased as I can about a game like this, because Im very interested in ancient greek mythology. But that aside, this is just a simple yet brutal, fun, well thought out game. From the first awesome hydra battle you realize that your in for a awesome ride. This is like david & the argonauts heavy metal mode. All of the levels are well thought out mazes, that are always rewarding when you figure out where the lever is of find a secret room. Everything jsut ties together right in the levels it feels like. Thought there could be more weapons, the ones they gave you (when powered up) are just fine. And the cutscenes are actually interesting to watch in this game, even though the violence is sometimes funny its so bad(that doesnt make it any less interesting lol). This is the beginning of an epic line of games that has a bright future. Even though some certain aspects are VERY frustrating (challenge of the gods, aries final battle) this is overall a well thought out, immersive, yet short game. Definately worth picking up for anyone with a ps2 & taste for quality action games.
