God of War is soooooo sweet. If you remember the game Soul Reaver, I must tell you, this game (in a way) reminds me of that exact game. The third person view is much like Soul Reaver. Sony Computer Entertainment used a combination of puzzles and vicious brutal gameplay to make the ultimate game.
You play as Spartan warrior Kratos. When in battle one time, he called upon the God of War, Ares to help him. Ares cursed him. He was made in to a vicious killing machine. He killed opposing armies. He even slaughtered his own wife and child. Now, his body is painted with the ashes of his family. In anger, he seeks to find and slay Ares for what the God of War himself made Kratos in to.
The combos in this game are phenomenal. Combined with that, Vicious, Bloody combat. Trust me, even if you are a person who doesn't believe in violence, you STILL will be hooked to this game.
The only flaw in this game is how it isn't as fun the second time around as it was the first. But overall, revenge, hatred, bloodshed all combine together in this game to create the most EPIC game to date. A must have for everyone.
