Awesome in almost every way

I'm an Xbox person, and bought a PS2 only to play ICO, Shadow ot the Colossus, and God of War...killer! My favorite games on the Xbox were the Prince of Persia series and this one is right up there! It's a little more linear (you always know where to go, no uneccesary wandering) and if you're used to action adventure this is a snap to pick up. The fighting is easy to learn and the magic and combos are great. Krados is not quite as acrobatic as the Prince was but this game is fun ALL the time. Puzzles are good, and the graphics are really super. Music is appropriate to the genre. Good stuff!
i'm so glad I finally bought this game, the console, and played God of War...it's been terrific and I'm about the buy God of War2!
