If video games came with a money back gaurantee...this game could back it up.

i was affraid they couldn't match the energy and quality of the 1st one...but this thing is just as great if not better than the 1st game in the series. More bosses, more tearing things apart, more power, more large scale levels and more Kratos. Action adventure games don't get much more fun than this. All games should be this enjoyable. Bottome line if you own a PS2 or PS3 you need to play this game. This is what gaming is about. The gameplay works well and is as deep or as simple as you need it. Basic controls are easy to pick up in no time but you can get creative with how you dispose of your foes with more indepth gameplay and more moves. The sound is excellent. The musical score is worthy of a motion picture. Every gory detail is brought to life with excellent sound affects. The graphics are some of the best you'll find on the PS2 and the game is on par with anything in this genre on any of the next gen systems. The PS2 may not have the graphical prowess of the Xbox360 or the PS3 (or even the Wii) but it still knows how to put out some incredible games. Who said the PS2 was dead? Long live Kratos the War God!
