Hi

For this review i am going to drop a few spoilers so, if you havent played the original, then please read by review on Golden Sun 1 found here:

http://www.gamespot.com/gba/rpg/goldensun/reader_review.html?id=230187

you will not miss out on anything because the games graphics wise are exactly the same

DO NOT READ ON IF YOU HAVEN'T
FINISHED THE FIRST GAME
--------------------------------------------------

Ok so you have finished Golden Sun, and seen the bit at the end with Jenna (the red head) and Felix floating off in the ocean, well if you havent guessed it this is the start of the sequel and these are the players you will be using for the game (people that have finished the game - i know that some others will come along but i will not spoil it)

Anyway as i said before the gameplay, graphics and sound are on the most part the same so i may be quoting my first review for those but i will be talking about a different subject of this sequel for the most part.

This sequel is a very good game and like the last game, i couldnt put my hands off the GBA while playing it. The gameplay is fantastic and i have never gotten bored with any of the golden sun's. It is such a good game, maby even as good as the first if not better.

What surprises me with this is that i think they wanted everything to be the same, except for the adventure part. So the graphics and the way you do things hasnt been touched by Camelot.

The new things in this game are the towns, a whole new continent, psynergy and new characters.

Basically this is a short review just saying if you have finished the first one then you absolutally must get the second one and finish it two otherwise there will be an empty space in your heart that you will not be able to fill with any other games.

This is quoted from my old review

Gameplay - this game is priceless. It will keep you going, even if you do things in the quickest manor, days but for everyone else you get months on enjoyment playing it the first time. It is long but never gets boring. a 10/10 for gameplay.

Graphics - the graphics are good on such a small screen with the battle sequence extrodinary. i cant say the same for the world map though, it seems all you get is green, darker green (for trees) and a few brown spots when making your way around the world.

Sound - Personally i dont play adventure games with sound because i want to get the most life out of my gba, so i cant tell you first hand what the sound is like. However, people tell me that it is the best thing when you are in that cave, there are over 50 tracks of sound to cool your mind while playing, and each one of them totally different and going over 3 minutes long before replaying.

Value - Definetly worth the money i spent for it. A cheap game with a lifetime of gameplay. An awesome game and i highly recommend buying this game for your enjoyment.

thank you for reading this review
