Highly immersive and epic single player campaign that NEVER gets old.

I first played this game 11 years ago and my jaw hit the floor. Today I find this game to be just as amazing. The campaign is epic and can take months to beat on the highest difficulty but can be completed faster on agent difficulty. There are 3 difficulty levels to unlock: special agent(easy), 00 agent(hard) and 007 agent where you can play each level and customize the enemy AI, their aiming, their reaction speed, the damage they do to you, and how many shots they can take. Each time you beat a mission on a difficulty you unlock a harder one. Each difficulty higher the more their is to do and experience in a level. You can take out gaurds using stealth with silenced guns or go in guns blazing. Russian gaurds will come swarming in to gun you down and sound the alarms when noted of your presence, making some missions REALLY INTENSE AND ADDICTIVE. There are so many different awesome locations and sick guns to find and firing rounds in enemies NEVER gets old. The way your bullets stain the bodies of your enemies red, the way your enemies grunt/scream when getting hit with bullets or explosives is all so satisfying and perfect. The way the guns sound is just so unique and satisfying for it's time and it's still amazing to hear the sound of a RC-P90 machine gun spray into the bodies of enemies in goldeneye. the sound track is almost as epic as the gameplay...ussually FPS background music is not a big thing but in Goldeneye you get some THE ILLEST musical score for a video game ever! I am not exaggerating. Every level you explore has a sick music track that fits the level and what you are doing, and it really adds to the feel of the game. These songs will stay in your head for your whole life they are so striking. If you have not experienced goldeneye I suggest you buy a Nintendo 64 and Goldeneye today. i have played all of the best FPS games and the crappy ones and this game surpasses the best of the genre. If you are a fan of FPS, this is the most addictive and amazing FPS ever crafted.
