This game has very little to offer in terms of story and graphics, but it makes up for it with hours of fun.

I bought this game a few years ago at one of those big stores like Costco or something. I didn't know what to expect from this game, I didn't even know what it was about. I put it in my Gamecube and it turned out to be a really cool game. Then I read Gamespot's review of the game and I felt that I needed to do this game some justice. Let's get started. The story is actually pretty stupid. A bunch of living toys fall to Earth in what seems to be a meteor shower and it turns out that you can control them to beat the living daylights out of each other. Fun! Then there's the evil Galactic Emperor who looks like a cross between a satellite, a letter X, a brain, and some kind of crystal straght out of Bomberman 64. He has an army of useless grunts known as Death Borgs that die in 1 or 2 hits, and some stronger guys that you want to collect and use against him. The voice acting is incredibly annoying. Some of the characters have decent voice acting at best, but it's mostly bad. The graphics are nothing special, the environments are just made to look like parts of the town. Now we get down to the good part, the gameplay. This game has some of the most exciting and frantic gameplay that you can find in any game. There is over 200 characters to play as, and while they all use the same two buttons for attacking, they all play differently and there's bound to be at least one character that perfectly suits your play style. The character design on the gotcha borgs is pretty sweet. You get robotd, ninjas, samurai, army guys, dragons, tanks, and a whole bunch of other crap that can help you defeat your enemies. You are limited to how many borgs you can use though. Stuff called GF Energy limits you from using a whole bunch of overpowered characters. Overall, this game is a good game, it's tons of fun in multiplayer alone or with friends, and it's addicting. Note: The Titan Tank can easily kill the final boss.
