Gradius III and IV

If you're a huge Gradius fan and you're looking for a challenge, this game is for you.

If not, go buy another game, because this game is way too hard for anyone but the most hardcore Gradius fans. By the second or third boss in Gradius IV, you are pretty much expected to make it through to the boss unscathed and fully powered up, if not, say goodbye to your remaining lives because it will continue you from a point where you will not be able to gather enough powerups to take on the boss. Unless you're one of the best at Gradius, or you just enjoy having your ass handed to you, don't buy this game
