This game is a classic! This game will have you galvanized. It is very captivating and will have you on the edge. However, this game is not easy in any sense of the word. Even on VERY EASY it is difficult. So, on could imagine on Very Hard how crazy it gets. This game received a 9.0 from me. Has great game play among other things. My 2 quarrels with this title are the annoying announcer who adds his witty banter when you die. Unlike the one I am familiar with on the SNES, you can not do a customization of your weapons you want to use. For me, this option was one of my favorite features of the SNES version. The only thing keeps it from a higher rating. Over all, this game is worth buying for it has great reply value. Oh, I almost forgot! This game has almost no story line, but who needs it? It's Gradius!
