Yeah !!! there is another grand turismo game , im not a racing fan ( for consoles ) but somehow i like'd this game . Now i gave burnout 3 an 9.0 , but to be honest i prefered more gran turismo 4 . Because i gave burnout a higher score doesnt mean i liked it more . Let us start off first with the gameplay , yeah so this game gameplay wise isnt even close to being as fun as burnout 3 , the game ceems so realistic that for me it just doesnt feel fun . You have over 550 cars too choose from ( dont ask me that much i dint unlock them all ) . That accpect of the game puts it on top of many racing games . You also et over 50 racing tracks which is increadibly impersive . Those 2 things in the game increase its gameplay quality . Now they let you take photos of the cars but the downside of that mode is that it takes humm ... i dont know 41 kb !!! . Now one of the downside's of this game and you can all feel me on this is no online . Now in days online for racing games is a must need , but trust me i dint lower score on gran turismo 4 ust because it dint have online cause unlike many people , a game without online isnt bad at all . Sure so it isnt that fun without online but it still owns ( to many racing fans ) . Now another downside of this game is the fact that the loading times are just crazy ... so yeah they take about 10 second's but every thing you do ( almost anything ) you have the freaking loading screen . The music yeah it isnt good normally for a racing game id either go for the whole rock or hip - hop music but comon this music was just not that , they used this classical music which really anoid me alot . Now the sound desing is really amazing the way the cars use the ( darn i dont know how to describe it ) but the sound desing is really cool . Ok so now we are going to enter to the best part of this game yep the graphics , do i have to talk about them they are by far easily the best graphics the ps2 can offer . The way the lighting is done and the car effects are pulled push the ps2 graphics to the ... and beyond . The enviornments are absolutely the best ever on a racing game and the way the people on the audience look are defenetly greatly pulled of . Gran turismo 4 is an great racing game and the best since its prodecesor but when it comes time to review iti dont think it beats burnout 3 . But i still liked it better. Another thing that happend that i took off points in the gameplay is no car damage yeah it sucks not having car damage .
