straight to it, im one that doesnt read in too reviews, never for games like this in one day. some guys said they played for 25 minutes, some reviewed the game after playing only for one day. for me, i am a fan so i play the game almost every week, still have all 6 of them in the collection, and pop them periodically just to see the difference. now on to gt5, a game that was harshly reviewed with comments like, what have they been doing for the past 5 years? this game sucks and more.. the real idea of this game which is why i love it, it takes time to beat, it takes time to master and now with the way ps3 is , is really the first time they can actually add content to the game as time passes, i have been playing it since it came out, along side god of war 2, halo reach and honestly , i need my gt5 about once a day. the graphics are really superior (remember you are not going to see a difference if you still have a tube tv, and for hd you need 240hz 1080p to really appreciate it) . the phisics are just incredible when you use a wheel, even tho i dont have one my friend has one and it really feels like youre on the road. the point system is really good, because it wont let you access many tracks and events without the proper level, the addition of special events make it even better, and now with the 1.05 update there are seasonal events, an online dealer , and such much more is going to be added that this game is really taking and using the ps3 to its limits as far as a driving game should be. the nascar addition is great. the special car events really show what they are, the damage department could use a bit more effect on the car, but then again , its not need for speed. because i doubt you want to be in the middle of a 4 hour rally and total your car because of maybe a mistake and lose your entire progress. overall the game is a great improvement from prologue, and the actual 4. i look forward to seeing the future updates , as they keep rolling them out, listening to what we ask for, so if you bought this game, played it for 10 minutes and sold it back, you did a big mistake, i have a feeling this game should be re-reviewed and will be best racing game of the year for 2011. i really dont think anyone in the works right now is going to have a better driving simulator game.. the other games while maybe more entertaining , never even touch the surface of cars or techniques like this game does. this is why i say bring it back out, install the update and keep driving, it only gets better with time .. i am giving it a 9.5 , only because i do not like the fact that you cannot see the cabin views in standard cars, maybe its something that will be available with more levels, but i've yet to find out im still only on level 15 . 0ne kv0ne2kx
