Most expensive demo i've ever brought

User Rating: 5.5 | Gran Turismo 5 Prologue PS3
I've been a gran turismo fan since i got GT2 on playstation 1 back in the day. Now GT 5 prologue as you can imagine is a cut down version of the full GT 5. Although theres cut down and then theres cut down to the size of a demo.

To start off with, you only get about 7 tracks to choose from, you do get a fair number of cars, about 40 which isn't bad. But a huge lack of options.

Graphics: The graphics of the cars is superb! Very detailed. The tracks aren't so nice looking, well, the track itself is but track detail such as stands and trees etc aren't. The physics of the game carrys on the same as previous GT titles, so don't expect to roll your car or have detailed damage such as in GRID or Burnout. The car does handle extremely well, very realistic. The game rewards you for slowing down on corners but expect to fly off into the barrier if you go at full speed.

Multiplayer: The game has strong multiplayer although you must unlock the cars before you and your friends can race them, so don't expect varied races straight out the box when it comes to this. However you can get a lot of fun from the multiplayer aspect of the game.

Overall: If you can find the game very cheaply and can't wait until GT5's full release then not a bad game to buy. However I would wait for the full game. Prologue does make me want to wait until the full games released as this is just a taster of whats to come, but paying £25(about, $40?) for this was a waste of my money.
