Honestly, I don't understand the hype over this game. The story is interesting and I will say that I like the "open-ended" nature of it. I mean, you are kind of free to do your own thing even though you have a mission to accomplish. But, the graphics are somewhat juvenile compared to many other games out there and the missions aren't too tough. I guess my biggest problem is that I'm just more of a hero kind of guy. I guess I can't get into being the bad guy. If you like to be able to steal a car on a whim (which of course is too easy in this game), and punch or kill people on the street just for fun all the while trying to reclaim your lost drugs and stolen money, well, I guess you'll like it. It's just not for me.
