This is definitely the best game ever made. It is quite amazing. I just wish I would have never traded in my xbox in the first place for a ps2 so I could play gta 3, oh well. The open end gameplay is amazing, and the graphics are ok for the xbox, but it doesnt' really take away from the quality of the game. The story is always interesting, and the game is just all around fun. Vice City has a nice 80's flavor so older people might enjoy vice more than liberty. GTA 3 has the nice dirty city, new age vibe, and seems like an unforgiving city while vice city has the relaxed, every thing is ok feel. Overall this game is quite amazing and anyone who has the chance should buy it.
