For a GBA the music is pretty good.

Sound: 8.5/10
You got the horn, car noises, footsteps and many more. They get repetitive after a while because you hear them too many times.

Gameplay: 9.5/10
Gameplay, ahh the gameplay. This is probably the second most violent GBA game I know behind Max Payne, I find that a good thing. There is quite a wide variety of cars and weapons to choose from. The story is pretty good, but like all GBA games, you get sick of the text and just start pressing A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A AAAAAAAAAA DAMN IT AAAAAAAAAAAAA. But still, the cops are incredibly smart for a GBA and it has great gameplay.

Graphics: 7.0/10
The graphics are very grainy and not smooth... but then again... GBA.

Replay Value: 9.5/10
Back in those days I couldn't stop.
